Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:
• You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Only size or design exchanges are allowed. We do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
“Refund will be initiated only in two cases”
1) If the goods are defective.
2) If wrong product is delivered.
Both are subject to inspection of goods once we receive it back to us.

🚚 How to Request an Exchange:
1. Email us at siddhimclothings@hotmail.com within 2 of delivery.
2. Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and the desired size or design.
3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours to guide you through the next steps.

🔁 Exchange Process:
• Once approved, ship the product back to us at your own cost.
• After we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the exchanged item within 3-5 business days.

Important Notes:
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• No exchanges on sale or discounted items unless defective.
• If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
